De docu opnames gaan weer verder
Sinds dit voorjaar zijn we bezig met de opnames van de nieuwe documentaire voor de Zeeuwse Documentaire Stichting: Het kruis in de duinen. De docu opnames gaan weer verder. Afgelopen tijd hebben we al een aantal opnames gehad. Zo zijn we bijvoorbeeld met Colin, de initiatiefnemer gaan filmen bij het oude kruis in Valkenisse.
11 september was het dan zover. Toen werd het nieuwe kruis geplaatst in de duinen in Valkenisse. De dag begon in het dorpshuis van Biggekerke. Hier hielden o.a. Colin Bal, de burgemeester van Zelzate en wethouder van de gemeente Veere en nabestaanden een toespraak. Vanuit daar zijn we naar de duinen in Valkenisse gegaan. Hier hebben veteranen samen het kruis naar boven gedragen. Hier werd het nieuwe kruis geplaatst en is het oude kruis door de veteranen weer naar beneden gedragen.
Wij hebben deze dag gefilmd en foto’s gemaakt. Wij hebben met twee camera’s gefilmd zowel boven als beneden in duinen. Daarnaast hebben we beelden gemaakt met een drone en met een go pro. Op deze manier hebben we veel verschillende shots kunnen maken en zijn het mooie beelden geworden voor in de documentaire. Meer weten over deze dag? Klik dan hier.
Daarnaast hebben we in september ook opnames gehad met nabestaanden van de slachtoffers. Dit hebben we gefilmd zowel in Vlissingen als in Middelburg. De interviews werden gedaan door Hans Sakkers. Ook hebben we met Hans gesproken over het standrecht. Binnenkort zullen er nog een paar opname dagen zijn. We zijn heel enthousiast. De documentaire komt later dit jaar uit.
